Q: Is Clickbank a Scam?
A: Short answer is no. Longer answer is that
Clickbank has its failings.

I use Clickbank for marketing various of my Six Figure Clicks
ebook products. Clickbank has good
points. But I don't believe I am blind to Clickbank's
failings. Like any other
affiliate marketing company, you
simply deal with it.
Azoogle, which I otherwise love, continually blocks my log-in
efforts. I have since given up on Azoogle. How much
worse can Clickbank be?
- Payments only by check, not direct deposit.
- Many products on Clickbank are inferior. Thus, the
perception is that Clickbank itself is inferior.
- Simplistic interface.
- Practically zero analytics.
- Mediocre tracking.
- A largely faceless corporate entity.
On the other hand, I find Clickbank's "down and dirty" approach
somewhat refreshing -- sometimes. It's so brutally simple to
get signed up. So brutally simple to grab hoplinks and get
started.
If Clickbank were to become more sophisticated, the entry rate
for new marketers would drop. Clickbank depends on new
marketers acting on an impulse to start marketing new, hot, and
profitable products.
