Q: "How Often Should I Send My Autoresponders?"
A: Let me use MindValley as an example...
At one time in the long-ago past, I was in love with
MindValley. I think
this was back when they actually lived in Silicon Valley and they
were an up-and-coming Internet marketing firm, and their blog
offered tons of kick-ass advice.
Then I began to notice that all they did was recycle the same
information about their work with Silva Mind Control.
The worst part is when MindValley picked up the whole
company--employees and all--and moved to Malaysia. The theory
is that they could operate the company same as before, but keep
costs down to pennies on the dollar.
But look at this. I just eradicated Vishen Lakhiani's
annoying, twice-a-day autoresponders when...look! His partner,
Mike Reining, is sending me emails every single day. Go
away! My only reaction is simply to get rid of these
people.

Once Per Week or Less
If you want to build a long-lasting relationship, keep the
autoresponders to once per week or less.
If you're doing a smash-and-grab type of affiliate campaign,
where you want to ride the potential buyer's emotions for acne cures
or dating tips, then by all means go for every other day.
After all, what do you have to lose? These people will
eventually unsubscribe.
